Cinnamon Sugar
4tablespoonsunsalted buttermelted
2/3cupgranulated sugar

Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 350ºF (177ºC) for 4 minutes.
Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar in a large bowl.
Mash the banana using a fork in a separate bowl.
Combine the melted butter, egg, vanilla extract, and milk, and use a whisk to mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Mix the wet ingredients and banana into the dry ingredients bowl, and combine well until they’re homogenous.
Brush the mold with melted butter to ensure the mini donuts won't stick. Using oil spray will also do the trick.
Portion the donut hole batter into your mold or baking sheet using an ice cream scooper or a spoon. You should have about 21 donuts.
Air Fry Donut Holes for 10 - 12 minutes at 350°F (177°C).
Finally, baste or dip all the donuts into the melted butter. Then, place all the donuts in the cinnamon sugar and toss until fully coated.
Serve and enjoy!

Notes
If your air fryer doesn’t have a preheat function, let it air fry or bake at 350ºF (177ºC) for 4 minutes.
To minimize food waste, make this recipe when you have overripe bananas.
Overripe bananas will work best for this recipe. If your bananas aren't ripe yet, you can air fry them at 350ºF (176ºC) for 10 to 12 minutes, with the peel on.
For a lumpy texture, use a fork to mash your bananas. Otherwise, blend your bananas for a smoother consistency.
If you don't have mold at home, lining your air fryer basket with parchment paper will do the trick. However, your donut holes will become flat.
You can substitute the cinnamon sugar for other toppings, such as powdered sugar or toasted coconuts.
If you want to save time, skip the coating process and simply dip the donuts in Nutella or whatever spread you have in your pantry.
I used a 6-quart air fryer to make this recipe. Cooking time may vary depending on your air fryer and the number of servings you are making. For optimal results, begin with the lower end of the suggested cooking time. Continue air frying until you achieve your desired finish.
