Instructions
Preheat your Air Fryer to 400ºF (204ºC) for 5 minutes.
Air fry tater tots for 8 - 10 minutes at 350ºF (177ºC) until it's a little crispy. After cooking, remove the tater tots/hash browns from the air fryer and let them rest on a separate plate.
Air fry bacon for 10-15 minutes at 350ºF (177ºC) until it starts to brown. Ensure that they’re not overlapping and are laid flat. Once cooked, take out the bacon and set them down on a paper-towel-lined plate.
Cook scrambled eggs. Crack 3 eggs into a large bowl and beat them lightly. Place a medium-sized non-stick frying pan and bring it to medium-high heat. Add the eggs and dial the temperature to high heat. Mix with a rubber spatula for 5 - 6 minutes or until the eggs are almost fully cooked. Afterward, season it with salt and pepper. Add some mozzarella cheese (if you want), mix for 1- 2 minutes, and turn the heat off. Finally, remove the cooked scrambled eggs from the pan onto a plate.
Wrap breakfast burrito. Lay a tortilla wrap on a flat, clean surface. Add a slice of cheese cut in half, 2 tbsp of eggs,1 bacon, and top with a hash brown or tater tots. To roll, tuck in the sides of the burrito. Then, start rolling from the bottom up over the filling while ensuring that it’s tight and the sides stay tucked.
Air fry breakfast burritos at 400ºF (204ºC) for 5 - 6 minutes. Then, flip the burritos and add 3 - 5 more minutes to the cooking time.
Serve hot with a dip of your choice, and enjoy!

Notes
If your air fryer doesn't have a preheat option, you can simply set the temperature to 400ºF (204ºC) and then let it air fry for 5 minutes.
You can skip preheating by adding 2-5 minutes to your cooking time. Then check every 1-2 minutes to prevent your dish from getting burnt.
To save time, you can skip the tater tots or hash brown. Although it adds a few minutes to the cooking time, it gives the air fryer breakfast burrito an extra crunch and flavor.
If your air fryer comes with a layered basket accessory, you can cook the bacon and hash browns/tater tots simultaneously. Place the potato on top and the bacon at the bottom.
Hash browns/tater tots will cook faster. After taking out the tater tots/hash browns, dial the heat to 400 °F and leave the bacon cooking for 2-4 more minutes or until it's fully cooked.
Once cool to the touch, chop the bacon into smaller chunks (optional). Doing so will make sure that every bite will contain that lovely bacon.
As an alternative, you can also cut the bacon in half. Or better yet, you can add two strips instead of one.
You can skip the cheese on your scrambled eggs. We'll add cheese slices when assembling the burrito anyway.
To prevent the breakfast wrap from opening, ensure the flap is facing down when you place it in the air fryer.
For safety reasons, you need a pair of tongs, oven mitts, or any heat-resistant hand covering when making this recipe.
If you want your air fryer breakfast burrito to be extra crunchy, cook it for 2-3 more minutes.
You can elevate this dish by using avocado instead of eggs or adding fresh tomato slices. Or better yet, you could turn it into a BLT (Bacon-Lettuce-Tomato) wrap.
I used a 6-quart air fryer to make this recipe. Cooking time may vary depending on your air fryer and the number of servings you are making. For optimal results, begin with the lower end of the suggested cooking time. Continue air frying until you achieve your desired finish.
