Air fry 4 graham cracker squares with marshmallows on top for 3-4 minutes at 390ºF (198ºC). Marshmallows should puff up, and the top should be a bit brown.
Assemble the s’mores. First, place the air fried marshmallows and graham crackers on a plate. Then, place the chocolate bars on top of the marshmallow. Finally, add the remaining 4 graham crackers on top of the chocolate bars.
Serve and enjoy! Let the air fried s'mores rest for a minute to melt the chocolate.

Notes
If your air fryer doesn’t have a preheat mode, you can simply set the temperature to 400ºF (204ºC) and then let it cook for 5 minutes.
Or you can skip preheating by adding 2-4 minutes to your cooking time. Increment gradually to prevent burning the s'mores.
You can substitute your choice of chocolate or any available chocolate in your pantry.
Use tongs to remove each cracker carefully from the air fryer basket and put them on a plate.
I used a 6-quart (air fryer) to test this air fryer s'mores recipe. Cooking time and temperature may vary depending on the type of your air fryer. For optimal results, begin with the lower end of the suggested cooking time, and add 1-2 more minutes until you’re satisfied with the finish.
