Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Mix the toppings in a small bowl: nuts, cranberries and thyme.
Once the air fryer is preheated, add a liner. Remove the Brie cheese from the packaging and place it in the air fryer basket carefully. Bake for 4-6 minutes until it becomes soft and gooey.
Drizzle honey and add the toppings to the Brie cheese in the last 1-2 minutes of air frying.
Serve your air fryer Brie with crackers, bread, and fresh fruit for dipping.

If your air fryer doesn't have a preheating option, you can set the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and then let it cook without food for 3-4 minutes.
You can also skip preheating by adding 2-3 minutes to your cooking time.
Prepare your sides before baking the Brie cheese in the air fryer as it’s going to solidify quickly.
Don’t add the air fryer liner while preheating as the air pressure might cause it to touch the heating element and create smoke.
I used a 6-quart Instant Pot Vortex Plus to test the baked Brie air fryer recipe. Cooking time and temperature may vary depending on your air fryer and the number of servings you are making. For optimal results, begin with the lower end of the suggested cooking time.
