Homemade Air Fryer Potato Skins {Extra Crispy}  

These crispy Air Fryer Potato Skins are an irresistible appetizer that you won’t be able to resist! Not only are they easy to make, but they are also incredibly delicious.

Wash and poke each potato with a fork.

Season the whole potatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Air fry the seasoned whole potatoes for 40-45 minutes or until tender.

Prepare the green onion, shredded cheese and bacon bits.

Slice the potato in half and scoop out the flesh.

Brush or spray the potato skins with high-heat cooking oil.

Air fry potato skins for 6-8 minutes until golden and crispy.

Add the mozzarella and cheddar cheese and bacon bits.

Air fry stuffed potato skins for another 2-3 minutes.

Serve your air fried potato skins with a scoop of sour cream, topped with chopped green onions.
