Cheesy Air Fryer Korean Corn Dog Recipe

Move over classic corn dog, there’s a new GOAT in town—Air Fryer Korean Corn Dog. This cheesy twist on the traditional carnival favorite makes for an excellent party appetizer.

Thaw and dice frozen French fries.

Mix lukewarm water and instant dry yeast together. Mix until the yeast is fully dissolved.

Whisk flour, salt, and sugar together.

Combine wet and dry ingredients, cover with plastic wrap and let rise for an hour

Slice and skewer the hot dogs and mozzarella cheese.

Prepare the coating.

Assemble the  corn dog.

Air fry the Korean hot dogs for 10 – 13 minutes.

Drizzle with ketchup and mustard, serve and enjoy!
