⅛teaspoonsaltor to taste
⅛teaspoonpaprikaoptional
Instructions
Grease your egg mold: Brush your oven-safe 4-inch cake pan with high neutral cooking oil.
Add the molds into the air fryer basket, and preheat it to 350°F (177°C). Yes, we’re preheating the molds as well to prevent the eggs from sticking.
Once preheated, crack the eggs into each mold. Then sprinkle it with salt and/or pepper. If you like you can also add some paprika.
Cook the air fryer eggs for 5-10 minutes or until you reach your desired level of doneness. For over easy, cook for 4-5 minutes; for over medium, cook for 6-7 minutes; for over well, cook for 8-10 minutes.
Serve and enjoy your air fried eggs! They make a fantastic breakfast item that pairs wonderfully with bacon, sausage, hash browns, or a simple toast.

Notes
If your air fryer doesn't have a preheating option, you can set the temperature to 350°F (177°C) and then let it cook for 3-4 minutes without food.
For more accurate results and faster cooking times, it is highly recommended to preheat your air fryer.
A 4-inch round mold is an essential accessory for making air fried eggs. Ramekin will also do the trick. If you can find a small silicone cake pan, much better.
Using an air fryer liner is not the best option for making air fryer eggs, especially when cooking just a handful of eggs. The paper may fly off, disrupting the heat distribution, or even worse, come into contact with the heating element and create smoke.
Egg rings are typically not oven safe, so before using one, be sure to check the manufacturer's instructions or guidelines.
Easy Transfer: Crack the eggs into a small bowl before transferring them to the mold.
If you're using a metal mold, be sure to add at least 1 teaspoon of neutral cooking oil in each mold to prevent the egg from sticking.
Suggested Cooking Times: Over Easy: 4-5 minutes; Over Medium: 6-7 minutes; Over Well: 8-10 minutes.
I used a 6-quart Instant Pot Vortex Plus to test cooking eggs in an air fryer . Cooking time and temperature may vary depending on your air fryer, the mold you have and the number of eggs you are cooking. For optimal results, begin with the lower end of the suggested cooking time.
