You may also skip this step by adding 1-2 minutes to your cooking time or until you achieve your desired finish.

If your mozzarella cheese is not already grated, grate it and set it aside. Slice the pepperoni slices into long strips, and then cut those strips into little squares. Have the pizza sauce ready.
3. Put together the mini pizza bagels.
Prepare each mini bagel by first spreading a spoonful of pizza sauce on each bagel. Then, sprinkle on the pepperoni cubes and the cheese. Repeat with remaining bagels.
4. Air fry bagel bites for 4-6 minutes.
When the air fryer is finished preheating, add the bagel bites in a single layer to the air fryer.
For fresh bagel bites: Air fry for 4-5 minutes, or until the cheese is browned and bubbling.

When the air fryer bagel bites are toasted and bubbling, carefully transfer them to a plate. Allow to cool for 1-2 minutes before devouring! Enjoy your crispy, air-fried bagel bites!
