Cooking Air Fryer Frozen Breakfast Burrito is super easy. Here’s how you can turn it into your favorite brunch meal. 😋 Fry it, to believe it!
What makes cooking a frozen breakfast burrito in an air fryer better?
Simple. The tortilla wrap will be crisp when cooked in an air fryer, whereas a microwave will result in a soggy burrito.
I’m not going to lie to you though, a fresh breakfast wrap is way way better.

How to Cook Frozen Breakfast Burrito in an Air Fryer?
Reheating frozen breakfast burrito in your air fryer is as easy as 1-2-3. It literally requires 3 steps from frozen to piping hot goodness!
1. Preheat the air fryer to 350 ºF (176 ºC) for 4 minutes.
If your air fryer doesn’t have a preheat button, you can simply dial in the temperature (350 ºF or 176 ºC) and let it run for 4 minutes.
You can also skip preheating by adding 2-5 minutes to your cooking time. To prevent your breakfast wrap from burning, check it every 1-2 minutes.
2. Air fry frozen breakfast burrito or breakfast wrap for 12-16 minutes at 350 ºF (176 ºC).
After placing the frozen breakfast wrap in your air fryer, cook it for 12-16 minutes at 350 ºF (176 ºC). Continue air frying until the crust becomes crispy and slightly golden brown (optional).
💡Pro Tip: Spacing out your air fryer frozen breakfast burrito will allow for even cooking.
🌯 Thawed: You don’t have to thaw your breakfast wrap, but in case you did here’s what you need to do. Wrap it with aluminum foil, and air fry it for 10 minutes. Then remove the aluminum foil, and cook it for 3-5 more minutes.
📝 Note: Cooking time and temperature may vary depending on the type of your air fryer. For optimal results, begin with the lower end of the suggested cooking time, and add 1-2 more minutes until you’re satisfied with the finish.
3. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
I cooked a batch of three frozen burritos for about 15 minutes. Adjust the cooking time based on the number of burritos you’re air frying.
What to serve with Breakfast Wraps?
If you want to spice up your meal with Mexican flavor, you can serve your burrito with salsa — particularly pico de gallo. I found that eggs and salsa are such an excellent match.
And since most of the available frozen breakfast burritos in the market include scrambled eggs in the ingredients, salsa will complement its flavors.
You can also serve Breakfast Burrito with the following:
- Jalapeño crema
- Ketchup is simple, but is always a perfect match with most breakfast items.
- Chips and guacamole
- Hot Sauce
- Fresh fruit platter; for a more hearty breakfast.
- Potatoes, especially if you want a heavy brunch meal.
